Did any FTE's doing 2nd Job, is it safe to file Concurrent H1 with another employer apart from current H1 holding company..?

Concurrent H1 file cheste, Current FTE company tho future lo emaina issues vastaya..?

If there is transparency and agreement regarding your 2nd job between you and employer and if they are ok filing 2nd h1 petition for you - technically you can work if approved

im not sure how visa officers deal with this scenario - is it a special case or anyone can do?

Can I Work Two Full Time Jobs for 2 H-1B Employers Through Concurrent Employment?

• An H-1B worker can Technically have 2 full-time positions under concurrent employment
• However, it is possible that USCIS will deny the concurrent H-1B petition for full-time employment if it does not appear possible to work 2 full-time jobs
• Note a full-time workweek is 40 hours, under no circumstance, it could be less than 35 hours
• Hence, it will be prudent for company B to file for concurrent part-time employment than a full-time employment

This is possible only if both jobs are remote.If Elon musk wants to work for my company and if he is working for Tesla concurrently, I would hire him. Candidate potential batti company b might be willing to over look his other job. At the same time what should company B has to say to USCIS- 80 hour adjustment, why him not a citizen(or other h1b) ame Dani paina approval undochhu.

Uscis approval is not problem but employer ki teliyochhu
