The processor is outdated , I would not recommend it at all . Choose anyone of Xiaomi , realme phones . They have  far better processors that will work flawlessly for 3,4 years 

 

Infact avoid all samsung midrange phones with exonys 9611 processors

2 things here 

1) Iphone hard to tell them to move data here and there and cloud nonsense. my cousin bought lot of iphones advised me to give samsung 

2) Intlo adollu nenedho rich gifts isthunatu vundakodadhu even to parents. Cant help.

Radiation issue is not related to brand , it varies from phone to phone .

If you are concerned about that issue , then you can check individual models radiation output .
