Infact i have met californias famous doctor. all they can do is prescribe benzos for extreme cases otherwise ssri blockers. its purely a guess work when it comes to medication. patients may have multiple sumptoms like delusions, psychosis, schizophrenia,ptsd all at a time. psychiatry also needs to be shunned for merely giving medicines based on guesswork because thr patients cant explain/ articulate their symptoms it has the good and bad side too 1 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Pratidanki serotonin inhibitors can't be the solution. That's what is wrong with evidence based medicine...they go behind symptoms and treat only symptoms.
