monna transfer related question adiga kada. so it went out of my hand.

usul ga aithe employer revoke notice "nuvvu avunu choodu nenu avunu" ki pampisthe ventane nee status update kadhu but at least nee dhaggara 60 days time untundhi nee last working day tharavatha...so grace period lo job vethukunte parledhu....

naa paatha employer March 20 roju "nuvvu avunu choodu nenu avunu" ki revocation letter mail chesadu and maa employer attorney layoff aina next day nundi 60-day grace period start avthundhi annadu...the thing is you need to prove your status with your paystubs...

Desi employer threatens that he will revoke but he wont usually. Chala months bench mida unte cheyachu. Revoke cheselopala ( case approved)  transfer pettukovali. Project lekunda eppudu h1b transfers inhouse petti cheyatle at least most employers. Take it serious and apply /take interviews so that your employer at least feels you are putting efforts. can we still transfer if revocation completed. like if i dont find a job or employer in 60 days, i have pending masters which i can go back and join to maintain status. (h1 recently approved, so updated as break in universtiy).

so after revocation kuda aa h1 transfer pettocha?

I will explain you my situation,

March 20, 2020 - Layoff, employer sent letter to  "nuvvu avunu choodu nenu avunu"...

applied so many jobs but no response due to COVID..

May 20, 2020 - End of grace period

May 18, 2020 - Applied COS to B2

August 18, 2020 - Applied H1B with pending B2

August 25, 2020 - Received RFE with all paystubs, employment dates in H1B, I-94 records, and also question on what to do with pending B2 whether to wait until B2 is approved..

Attorney submitted all required documents, also explained not to wait until B2 is approved but instead requested consider as COVID has effected my employment...

September 18, 2020 - H1B approved but with reduced validity period (as per my H1B timeline, I should get until May 2021, but "nuvvu avunu choodu nenu avunu" considered the pending B2 time period as H1B and reduced my overall H1B timeline to December 05, 2020)
