I agree at the same time other side saying that 24 month up trend ippudu ani. secure things now with low interest rates with some backup money. if we buy now it will increase at least but 15 to 20% antha malli padipoyina we will be good anipistundi. as interest rates will increase and ppl will start renting more than buying.

The lowest is yet to come. Dont get carried away by this inflated bubble. The reality hasn't called us yet. The phone is about to ring.
