1] 50% Businesses will start filing bankruptcies just to avoid paying back the money they procured through stimuls deals. 

2] Stockmarket is over priced anyways. 

3] too much money printing will weaken the dollar value eventually. 

4] Lastly, social unrest is very much a possibility. 

These are my predictions and I could be wrong. Let's see.

If you can work remote for another 2-3 yrs get a house anywhere which is cheaper.

Austin lo house teskovali Ani unte should have taken during the beginning of the pandemic, ippudu inventory low and prices high lo unnai. Still don't understand why people are flocking to this place, it does not have the infra to handle this influx
