take lump sum not annuity, as you never know whats gonna happen.

You can mail your ticket or go to headquarters and meet them and they will give you a check(they will withhold minimum taxes and give rest). Yearly Tax filing appudu you submit your lottery earning need to pay rest -Around 30% for non citizens.

Find a good bank with good interest rate and put the money in savings account and enjoy your life with interests.I don’t think you have to pay taxes in india again.
