Indian Railways has so far incurred 87% loss in passenger revenue, down from ₹53,000 crore (2018 year) to just  ₹4,600 crore (2019 ), owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. Railways usually doesn't survive much on Passenger traffic only 3AC class is profitable for Railways..

There are many areas they can cut costs but aren't doing like running Humsafar trains that are fully 3AC concept with dynamic pricing and end up running with 40-50% occupancy on an avg. They can better run with Tatkal charges added for all tickets it shall be a win-win for both of them.

Also they come up with poor TT schedules for most of them so making humsafar concept a major white elephant till now in larger picture.

Coming to train services they are slowly resuming services but running them on name of spls but they don't have any concessions & also some are run on name of festival spls which have higher base fare..

Certainly there will be hike of charges in coming budget.. 

LPG cylinders ki subsidy lepesaru corona peru cheppi its 700 now per cylinder domestic one.. Petrol crossed 90s its inka emi chudaalo..

LIG ( low income group )  or EWS ( economically weaker sections ) ki LPG subsidy ivatley ? Bank account lo money deposit chestunam anaru

Most of them stopped now saying market price adjustments.. Ujawala scheme lo unnollaki 3 cyclinders free isthunnaru migatha vaallaki fasak.

Global ga taggindhi adjusted but now domestic cylinder rate baa perigindhi near 700 now but no subsidy.
