Yes RT-PCR test saripothundi. My parents came like a week ago. 

Peru, DOB have to match with the information on the Passport. Carry paper copy they will check while boarding. 72 hrs is time limit to Boarding time for the test.

India plans, you have to send bills to them and claim later. and they are not comprehensive plans. They are fixed plans where they only cover a portion of the bill based on their terms and conditions. 

Avi around 300-400$ for plans in India, US comprehensive will come for like around 800-1100$.

but when it comes to coverage and claims process will be a nightmare. Better take comprehensive here.

Atlas America comprehensive ( United Health care PPO) is better ani pinchindi naku koda. Got the same. 250K/500 Deductible for 1099 per person 6 months.

Yeah price depends on coverages.  Extension after 6 months i found more expensive.

Hi My parents are visiting next month for 4 months. They are 65 and 70.  All the plans seem to have $100K max benefit so what did you look at when deciding on this Atlas America ?
