edi best...nen lamb better anukunna..ikada bay area la suste goat 13.99 lamb 9.99 undi rate...janalu kuda motham goat e kontaranta....i always buy lamb...i dont really find any difference between both...how to tell diff

Goat is better. THe meat is leaner, meat is also slightly tougher but if you cook in pressure cooker it doesnt matter. Also the flavor is much nicer. Only area where lamb scores is that as it is more tender meat you can grill it. Otherwise lamb is fatty and flavor is not as good.

Second this . Correct. Goat for curries and biryani and lamb for grilling

depends on breed... Indian breeds lo Goat is not popular in south, But lamb is popular.

North lo goat popular in some states

so US lo different breeds kada.... here goat meat is more popular than lamb . Why popular ante depends on fat content ,flavour etc...
