LRS applications valla aa properties owners evaro ippudu official gaa thelisipoyindi anta. So valla meeda property tax veyyatam start seddam ani planning anta.

For those not well versed in economics and feel like this is a regressive step , it is absolutely not .

For too long indians have thought land as a investment and have propped up real estate unrealistic prices out of reach  to the salary of common  man , especially in Tier 1 cities . 

This tax will force productive use of land and also discourage people who will hold on . Almost all American cities have this tax , that's why you don't see people keeping land vacant

Very easy to close the loopholes , another easy loophole is fake legal battle .

Major cities around the world have closed these loopholes one way or another by forcing a minimum tax no matter the size of construction

Uruko kaka .... peddha amberpet , choutuppal ivi municipality enti ? Srisailam highway lo kuda evo chesadu ... avi gram panchayithi ki ekkuva ... nagara panchayithi ki thakkuva .... municipality ante population okate kadhu ... facilities kuda undali . at least 100 bed capacity unna hospital, manchi roads & drainage system, transportation ayina undali kadha
