Aa 2 rupees difference 2014 nunchi undhi le , central government levied almost 20 rupees excise duty this year

No , they reduced state share by changing excise tax as cess . Overall rate remains the same .

As of now there is no direct increase for consumer but last year financial bill pass chesaaru by end of budget session for excise duty hike implement avvaledhu but thats also still in force and can be increased when needed..
