Why agri cess on everyone bro, 70% of the people lost their income and some even lives last year. Muk Ambaan got into top 10 richest people of the world list by Jun-2020.

Instead why can't govt collect 2% wealth tax more from people who make 100+ Cr annually and that doesn't cause big dent or injustice to the fortunate right!! 2% odhu le, 1% is also enough so that these education cess, agri cess buss doesn't become a burden on 70% poor.

Chidambaram knew ZERO economics. He was there at the right time and under MMS that made him look like he knew Economics. By the way, Budget is more associated with commerce and accounting than economics.

And Pranab was also a politician but not an economist.

On His own, He would have been another disaster like every other finance minister. 

Unfortunately in India, finance minister is bound by politics. Coming to talking in parliament, Asad is awarded "sansad ratna" and no one can counter on his claims on secularism, But does that make him an constitution expert ?
