Back in 2012-2014, KKR government Lo ‘Kiranalu’ ani job based training and placement program vunde, Labor department provided training and imparted skills and placed them in jobs..

Chandragiri lo Amara Raja Batteries lo ITI trainees were trained and recruited and were offered 8000-10,000 as salary but very few choose to join..Technical roles lo as a fresher ki in such industries, starting low pay scale is norm..and someone living in rural chandragiri and earning 10k was decent way back in 2012-13 but very few took up positions.

Eventually, Amara raja recruited from Tamil Nadu to fill its requirement.

Tamilians kooda company manchidhi ayithey immediate ga join avutharu .

Rural areas la 10k/month is still a good pay. Someone living in native town, it’s still good starting pay. 
 

Semi technical skills la already North Indians diginaru, it’s just matter of time before this area gets completely filled with North Indian migrants.
