xoom money transfer question....

last week transferred 3 lacs to India...which went well....

yesterday transferred 2 lacs...but transaction automatically cancelled after an hour....

 

is there any monthly limit...?  waiting in customer care call since long time....

I think so there is a limit... its been long... Just call them and they will make sure it goes through ...

u might be on tier -1

level up to tier-2, additional docs...u can send higher limit, per month..

receiver  ki every month i send 50k..since past 5 years...

but this time i sent 50k + 3 lacs..which went well...

but 2 lacs had problem...

 

you are correct...receiver (SBI) limit entho check cheyyali...

its not new account...i am doing this since 5 years...but this time..sent more amount...

I was just pointing out that their system could have put threshold on transactions or frequency of transactions..they should be able to help you once you reach out
