Down the road government will balance the freebies /subsidies . Best example , petrol inflation control chesaru in 2012-14 and they are charging more down the road . Freebies / subsidy istey better anukovadam waste .

MP has automatic 2 lakhs subsidy on tractors , while in AP appudapudu photoshoot kosam konni tractors party members ki istharu .

Jaggadu only looking at votes , small example . 

Chandrababu and KCR did loan waiver (sort of) to land owners only , he gave us 30k in 3 installments . 

Jaggadu is giving 6.5 k every year but the amount of people covered under this scheme much greater ,  on average state government is spending more for direct transfer . A lot of them are kaulu farmers who don't really farm every year
