I'm fascinated by the guy who's trumpeting his social relief measures as governance, in a state where fcuking semi literate highly educated bozos talk of hi-tech 'development'.

nope. nuclear is much cheaper. and safer than most alternatives. 

solar power is unreliable and can only be used as backup.
