It's pretty obvious you've no idea how jury selection is done in this country.  Check People vs OJ Simpson case in Netflix and how they picked African American ppl for jury and influenced the outcome of the case.

In OJ's case jury is picked from a pool of 40% white, 28% black, 17% Hispanic, and 15% Asian.

Usually lawyers always avoid picking Indians (foreign born or born in US) for jury due to their biased mindset, lack of knowledge, social awareness, prejudice etc. Indians do get jury summons but always get turned down during jury selection or interviews with judge or lawyers.
