When did you last see 3 month movement in FAD bro? Clearing 2009 is a big hurdle. Hopefully EB3 will clear 2010 at the same pace.

sure 3 months movement during 270K total visas is a great movement never seen before, we may need covid every year for the next 3 years to clear 2011

Witches will bring people on H1 and file Eb1 even before their 2nd H1 comes to extension, this country has gone to dogs when it seems like importing 45K international managers and not many developers, someone with good mental state could have easily figure out this mess unless everyone knows about and looking other side

most of the EB1 cannot tell this to anyone due to shame or fear of being reported by colleague or friends

2011 and 2012 folks are more likely to get relief from 10 yr GC clause in immigration bill than You Yes CIS using COVID SO this year and next year\, the chances of them wasting more % are higher now than few months before

unless interviews are waived, I see no reason how GC's are going to be issued for 2010's

if the bill pass why we need to care for 10 Year GC clause? it also eliminate per country cap right? in which people get the GC fast (note: if pass)
