If husband is in USA, he better never set foot in india. Also hire a lawyer and get some protection immediately... One complaint by her parents and his life is finished..

I know a friend...his wife committed suicide when she is alone in india on vacation ... apparently they have depression in family ( many women committed suicide  )..he says absolutely no conflicts and is a shock to him. 

Her brother complained and filed a case. He went to india for last rights and was struck there for 3 months and spent crores of rupees to get out..police looted him to clear his name from no fly list.

Hyd police is so knowledgeable..they pulled his property details both in India and USA, his income estimates ( he is long time microsoft employee ) and come to a conclusion that he is well off. 

He sold one plot in manikonda area to pay them off.
