Firstly lo nenu asala water tagevanne kaadu, I had to pay a very heavy price.

Finally started drinking 500ml early in the morning, then gradually increased it to 1L. Now I drink almost 1L 250ml. The reason behind this is the stool passage will be smoother and the bowels will be cleansed and cleaned.
