Ambani & family became RICH overnight the moment Modi won in 2014, until then they were literally on the roads. 
 

Ironically, One of the Ambani came onto the roads again during Modi’s era only - Yet Modi is the culprit

What you said is partly true about government denying them licences .

loans meedha mathram you are misleading , no one will lend to a institution that has no viable feasibility plan unless it's a clear scam like sujana Chowdary  who get loans through influence.  

Ambani took loans on his oil business , was government helpful ? Absolutely they changed so many rules to favour them . 

It still doesn't fix the terrible work culture of a PSU

In china you will be shot dead and your family sent to labour camp  if you start union politics  like in indian PSU.  

Political unions are the bane of all indian PSU and cooperative industries

Indian PSU are highly corrupt , they have strong vested interests in  labour unions , IAS officers , management , central level politicians who make lot of money by siphoning them .

Small example chebutha , go to any BSNL office you can see ten to twenty employees sitting there and talking . They will take 10 minutes to process a request . Go to any private telecom company or 3 rd party , your request will be processed in less than a minute .  BSNL employee will earn 50000 , while the private guy will be making 15000 while doing much faster . 

Krishnapatnam port was only built in 2008 , vizag port is almost 90 years old . Intha short time lo krishnapatnam almost caught up with vizag and will cross it within the next ten years because vizag port has too much red tape and  political labour unions . 

Vizag kantey Nellore goppa ? Kadhu kaani government firm culture leads to stagnation .
