What are my rights

Job situation :working with vendor as salaried employee since September 2020 , it’s federal client though in written it says project is till September 2021 ..but they can extend 

so in such situation am I eligible for short term disability .I remember opting for it .

if they fire me , nijam ga illegal ani how to prove or what are my rights to secure job during this difficult situation

Are you injured? Why are you claiming short term disability??

Discuss the options with employer and then decide. I guess you can take Short term disability and FMLA together for extended absence and employer doesn’t have to pay you during FMLA, but you will part of their insurance.

If yes check with Your doctor and ask him if your case is eligible for STD..... If they say yes then call your STD provider and open a reqest for STD... Mee doctor certify cheyyakapote approve avvadu... So whoever is your specialist ask him if your condition falls under STD...
