If you get in a car accident, the opponent can put a lien on your house, savings and etc to pay their insurance claim. So you may lose your assets. Umbrella coverage covers such insurance

car insurance lo liability kuda untundi kada.

First get the name of the legal insurance. That's the most difficult or easy part based on your company.  You can then register with your details online ...like medical insurance. Just like that medical insurance, once you select zip code you get contact details of attorneys in network. After that it is manual...you contact them and tell you have so and so insurance.

Your don't need to setup estate ....what you do is

1. Write a will. In will you select the people who are care takers  if both husband / wife expire.

2. In this, you also say that a trust should be formed if a need arises. No trust is formed now...

Even if you don't have insurance, this only should cost 400 to 500.

In dallas, there are b1 g1 deals also.

It’s not just abt property ... if the kids are citizens and some thing happens lo parents , kids will be given to foster care . India pampivvaru.. Ikkada cousins ki ivaru ... unless you mention a legal guardian in your will
