First get the name of the legal insurance. That's the most difficult or easy part based on your company.  You can then register with your details online ...like medical insurance. Just like that medical insurance, once you select zip code you get contact details of attorneys in network. After that it is manual...you contact them and tell you have so and so insurance.

Ye insurance concept all fields lo yendhuku implement cheyaro ...? ☺️😜😆

Estate planning is not just about properties. It's also about kids future if something goes wrong.

Okka Desi athanu last year chanipoyadu. Manchi job  + baney save chesadu. Athani financial accounts ki primary beneficiary add cheyyaledhu. Don't know exact details but his wife is now struggling & Fighting in courts.

Ninna vinna incident Inka chaala pedhadi. One of the couple is dead and other is on death bed. I hope( & pray) nothing goes wrong but if it does, kids may end up in foster home

Your don't need to setup estate ....what you do is

1. Write a will. In will you select the people who are care takers  if both husband / wife expire.

2. In this, you also say that a trust should be formed if a need arises. No trust is formed now...

Even if you don't have insurance, this only should cost 400 to 500.

In dallas, there are b1 g1 deals also.

Can't help bro.

One of the most important things for the future of kids & family if something happens. Daantlo kooda side track lo veltha antey..
