No more infra na, centre promoting infra in a big way.. Roads, new rail tracks, monna budget chudaledha, infra will be prime focus for this decade malli u will see booming of infra companies like lanco, shapurji palonji, ncc etc

Lekapothey  they can leave out the present plant as it is in government hands and lease out land to posco to build a modern plant . 

Since RINL has plenty of land and no funds to expand , it would be a win win strategy . 

But ofcourse Adani or jindal emi sketch vesaro chudali . 

I don't think jalaga will agree to any proposal that will bring votes to TDP .

Wrong , infrastructure is being developed . 

Steel usage is increasing a lot  , we do not have enough capacity to supply our demand . A lot of steel is being imported

Fundamentally india is unfit for development. Not only it cannot develop but it SHOULD NOT develop until it fixes caste and language inequality. that will only come when power of delhi is eliminated.
