Delaware lo full desi lu untaru..I was there for 5 years. Bear, Newark, Middleton better..Hockessin is little expensive..if you go closer to PA border, they have good schools so obviously price koncem ekkuva. Indian restaurants, movies, Groceries anni available. Best thing about DE is, it sits between NYC and DC/VA. Etu aina 2 hr drive lo poi ravochu. 30 mts to Philly and 1 hr Baltimore. No Sales Tax as well!

Raleigh NC try chesava... housing is hyped a lot there too but a decent place.... try renting for an year and decide
