Ground turkey recipe please

saute onion, greenchillies, mint, whole masalas

add gingergarlic paste,

onion brown ayyaka add ground turkey and beat it so that you don't see big lumps.

meat nundi water antha poyi oil ooze ayye time ki add chillipowder, dhaniyapowder, 

(you can finely chop and add one tomato too at this time)-optional (but it makes turkey soft and juicy)

after sometime add garammasala.

last lo salt and chopped cilantro.

Thanks..this is what I tried..it burnt and got stuck to the pan :(

stove temperatures marusthu undali. you can't cook at same temperature all the time.

Also oil maree thakkuv veyakudadhu. may be add 3 tablespoons for one pack of turkey
