Pre 83: CM's were appointed by high command and not from local cadre support, every year okadu mare vaaduand their primary task was to send commission to HC, Erupu kulam were defacto CM's, and they were mostly feudalistic MF's, there was no cassette felling back then coz there was NO ONE, i mean NO ONE was even allowed to get there

Post 83 : Congress was thrown out in 9 Months, alternative came, BC's tasted power for the first time, yes there was CASTE feeling and blood on the streets everywhere
