Ghee , diary , coconut oil have lot of saturated fats .  

Yeah I have seen people whose cholesterol levels increased significantly after the start of keto diet .

Keto diet is good as long as they do workout in gym .

Also based on their age and pre existing conditions.

Doctor ki cheppi start cheyadam better.
