Peter123 Posted February 8, 2021 Report Share Posted February 8, 2021 got it after 3 months after several follow ups. worst customer service ever, they hung up on me while i was talking to them about refunds status. some times they were like hold on for a minute, will be back and used to hang up. never recommend this sh1t a$$ airlines to anyone, nor i would fly.
