Why well paid IT people cry ?

IT jobs are well paid but still many IT employees cry that their job is very stressful, no time for family,

health issues etc etc. In that case why to choose IT you should do some other job that suit you. You

came into IT having greed to earn more and now crying for different reasons. Especially Indians are

very good at crying. I have never seen any Western or Asian people doing the same. They value their

jobs and they have come out of passion not for money. One of my colleague left well IT job to become an

Electrician as he was not satisfied with IT profession and one guy who was a Senior developer left the

job to do Ph.D in literature. They go for passion and we go for money.
