changing hands changes what? CEO is just a face of the company. He can't actually accomplish anything other than sell his company. most ceos have no clue what their workers are doing.. including Elon Musk. True for a pvt or a govt owned firm.

pvt companies can close without much fuss, and another one can open and capture the market.

thats the only dynamism that is ijmpossible to replicate in a govt company

everything else.. the inner workings etc is not much different or efficient. Once a firm achieves a certain huge size or captures a market, its all downhill from there for all companies. CEO can't do sh1t at that point.
