ఆజాద్‌కు వీడ్కోలు.. మోదీ కంటతడి !

విపక్ష నేత సేవలను కొనియాడుతూ శాల్యూట్‌రాజ్యసభలో విపక్ష నేత, కాంగ్రెస్‌ సీనియర్‌ నాయకుడు గులాం నబీ ఆజాద్‌... మరో ముగ్గురి పదవీకాలం వారం రోజుల్లో ముగియనుంది. ఈ సందర్భంగా మంగళవారం రాజ్యసభలో ప్రత్యేక సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. వారికి వీడ్కోలు చెబుతూ ప్రధాని మోదీ ప్రసంగించారు. ఆజాద్‌ సేవలను, ఆయనతో తనకున్న అనుబంధాన్ని గుర్తుచేసుకుంటూ పలుమార్లు భావోద్వేగానికి లోనయ్యారు. గద్గద స్వరంతో మాట్లాడుతూ కన్నీరు పెట్టుకున్నారు. సభలో ఉన్న ఆయనవైపు చూస్తూ ప్రధాని శాల్యూట్‌ చేశారు!
దేశం గురించి ఆలోచించే నాయకుడు
‘‘ఆజాద్‌ తన పార్టీ గురించే కాదు... యావద్దేశం గురించి, సభ గురించి ఆలోచించే వ్యక్తి. విపక్ష నేతగా ఆయన పెద్ద బాధ్యతే చేపట్టారు. ఆయన స్థానాన్ని భర్తీ చేసేవారు లేరు. కొవిడ్‌ సమయంలో నాకు ఫోన్‌చేసి, అఖిలపక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించాలని సూచించారు. నేను అలానే చేశాను. ఆజాద్‌జీకి అధికార, విపక్ష సభ్యునిగా దశాబ్దాల అనుభవముంది. ఆజాద్‌జీ జమ్మూ-కశ్మీర్‌ ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా పనిచేస్తున్నప్పుడు నేను గుజరాత్‌ సీఎంగా ఉన్నాను. మేమిద్దరం తరచూ మాట్లాడుకునేవాళ్లం. జమ్మూ-కశ్మీర్‌లో పర్యటిస్తున్న గుజరాత్‌ యాత్రికులపై ఉగ్రదాడి జరగ్గానే ఆజాద్‌జీ మొదట నాకు ఫోన్‌చేసి, కన్నీటిపర్యంతమయ్యారు. మృతదేహాలను దగ్గరుండి విమానంలో పంపడమే కాకుండా... అవి గుజరాత్‌ చేరేవరకూ ఆయన విమానాశ్రయంలోనే ఉండిపోయారు. అధికారం వస్తుంది, పోతుంది... కానీ, నేను ఒక స్నేహితునిలా ఆజాద్‌జీని ఎప్పటికీ గౌరవిస్తాను. ఇన్నేళ్లుగా ఆయన చేసిన సేవలు అలాంటివి. ఆజాద్‌ జీ! సభలో లేము కదాని అనుకోవద్దు. మా ద్వారాలు ఎప్పటికీ తెరిచే ఉంటాయి. మీ విలువైన సలహాలు మాకు అవసరం. మిమ్మల్ని బలహీనులను కానివ్వను’’ అని మోదీ తన ప్రసంగాన్ని ముగించారు.

I think it all depends on the perspective... Modi has been doing these things from day one... when everyone has a positive view of someone, we see it positively.. over the past 7 years, he is slowly becoming bad in some peoples perspective... hardcore Bhakts will support him no matter what.. but people in the middle are slowly moving away from him.. anti modi folks have been hating him from day 1...
