Have a friend who got a Fulltime job offer at a non-profit and it pays way less than what he currently makes. What are the chances of getting a transfer approval or risks involved ?

Not many risks, it's easy to get visa when you work for non profits. Only thing is they pay way lesser than market wages

It builds a good profile while applying for ivy league schools. I dont know why TS wants to but this is common just before applying for admissions.
