Unte share cheyandi please. Planning to go next month, already have valid VISA. Other than RT-PCR test (72hrs) prior any other things to keep note of?

Also, test results lo DOB/Passport# mandatory ani vinna. Any specific testing centers in Hyderabad prior to US travel? 
 

Please share any experiences or important info.
