I love my job but I hate how fast paced it has become

Maybe you are taking your job too seriously and setting yourself very high expectations... I have some people in my team.. vallu pedda thopu, vallu lekapothe team ledu anukuntaru.. but that is not the reality... manager vallani full ga vadukuntadu.. teams are always a mixed bag of over workers and underworkers... you have to find a balance..
