You seem like a educated guy , do you not understand that in current world if you don't follow the world class standards then you can't compete in the free market ? 

Automation is the reality of this world , if we can't accept that we will just fall behind and have to stay there forever . 

Small example cheptha  in the 80's , 90's almost all of india political parties were opposed to use of computers in any offices like banking ,  they thought it will take away jobs .

Do you know why south india got the IT industry  ? Because the leaders in Karnataka , AP, tamil nadu and maharastra to some extent were not opposed to the idea of computers and said they are the future . 

Kerala had the first IT park in Asia but still failed due to their govts attitude . Never trust an economic argument made by a communist batch , they have failed all over the world
