Isn't amaravathi model similar to vizag steel privitisation , but dialed up to a eleven .

Why did state government give away land free to Singapore private consortium  ? Why couldn't government do it ? 

Why was state government willing to give cheap land to private five star hotels , schools , hospitals , etc .   

Why couldn't govt hire government architects to design the city ? 

Can I get genuine answers for this ? No insults or satire plz
