It’s not going to stop here .. even moratorium lifted it will impact low -mid range homes since they r the ones impacted with COVID.

Builders in Folsom area increased for tri point homes 70k in a month for single story home . They increased 200k so far for single story and second homes we can’t even compete with Bay Area guys

i know that kaka, but enthamandhi "IT" lo "ordinary" people kontunnaru ? very few right.

Most of the cisco, apple, ms, oracle, fb lo witch and other consulting coolies lives in rented apts, only creamy layer in bay area buy these homes, similarly the villas i mentioned are also purchased by creamy layer in hyd.

If you talk about tier US 2 city homes like 200k, 300k, 500k. . then Hyd lo rest of the places lo kuda apartments 1Cr, 2 Cr, 3 Cr(around 500k) unnayi avi. . . 

Hyderabad ekkada, most expensive place in the world's greatest contry ekkada bro . . . respective segments lo prices comparison lo unnayi. . and you are surprised with the price in S valley. . . .adhe na point. . .
