Interest rates hike will impact high end homes and moratorium lifts will affect the low and middle class homes. No one is immune to the vagaries in fed policies.

Builders in Folsom area increased for tri point homes 70k in a month for single story home . They increased 200k so far for single story and second homes we can’t even compete with Bay Area guys

Most of the cisco, apple, ms, oracle, fb lo witch and other consulting coolies lives in rented apts, only creamy layer in bay area buy these homes, similarly the villas i mentioned are also purchased by creamy layer in hyd.
