why do u want to avoid that....it will get approved and ur H1 will be until 2024...

If it is full time job then amendment will mostly get approved.

that is dependent on job code kada, old one prior to 10/2 was 110K for 15-1132 (Software  Dev,Applciations)

after June 2020, continued petitions like extn/transfer/amend ki approval rate too much vundi....even witch companies ki kuda....nee company witch or non-witch ? witch lo capgemini and tech mahindra ki aithe 98% vundi approval rate....other witch ki kuda very good than before

nee current petition is valid until Aug 2022 kabatti same date varaku isthadu amendment ki kuda
