DB peddalu 🙏, I have B1/B2 visa, I am planning to apply J2.. is it better to attend visa interview in india or Canada? Does it make any deference getting the visa?

Just came to india for few weeks and I'm permanent resident of Canada. Since last 2 years I visited few times to USA on B1/B2 visa and before I move to Canada in 2019 I was in USA about 9 years on H1B.
