Simple solution... try to avoid conflicts... if you think the discussion is leading to a conflict, slow down and get away from there... wifey’s have a great talent in raising your temper, make you do a bad thing and then make you feel bad about yourself...

I have got quite a temper too. I don't react immediately now.

Try to delay your response. Give it ten minutes.

Immediately react aithe you might end up saying words you don't really mean and feel even worse later.

Dont talk when you are angry, go and find a spot and focus on yourselves, read your emotions and watch yourselves, ocne you develop the way to watch yourselves, its easy to control yourselves

I used to throw whatever I have in my hand.. doesn’t matter what it is.. I feel like sh1t for a day or so after I do it...

Even this is like a discipline.

Once you follow and feel that you're in control, you really feel good.

Practice tho possible avthundhi.
