Form a third front and completely change the consitution of india so states can keep 90% of their revenues. 10% for defense and other emergeency and space and technology - thats it. Then it doesnt matter whether it is modi or rahul - nobody needs to give a damn. After quietening the barking dog outside we can focus on fixing telugu state issues.

yes.. 3rd front is best. Rahul support from outside is fine too. 

you don't need constitutional change for states to keep the revenue.. They just need to tweak the GST share, and allow states to impose income taxes on their residents/corporates.. while center should lower their income tax percentage by half.

BJP must be defeated. people bring up Rahul everytime unnecessarily when talking about BJP

One funny story.. While Rahul was touring TN recently talking big talks about Tamil culture and federalism etc, Congress MP Kapil Sibal was appearing on a case that could potentially stop TN's constitutional guarantee to offer 69% reservation to their OBC.

What BJP does directly and shamelessly, Congress does in a sophisticated manner. thats all. I don't understand why capitalists don't love Congress...
