He's going to retire this year, I know his hopes are in trying to win another Wimbledon title and he's trying hard for that. 

Except Wimbledon, he has no chance anywhere else

Federer's only hope would be to hope that someone else beats Djoker and he can take that person out. 

Against Djoker, Federer will never win another GS level game, period. We already saw how he had match points yet couldn't close in 2019 Wimbledon.

Okay so here it is, Djokovic admitted he made a "mistake" in hitting the lines person. If he had deliberately done that to her, then she could have sued him saying that he had a personal grudge against her. She just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, not saying that Djokovic losing his cool is right it's not. Anduke he was rightfully punished as per the rules of ATP, and he paid the price for it by being suspended from the tournament. 

When you are playing in a tournament bound by the rules of ATP, you follow their guidelines when it comes to punishment to players etc. Ikkada aa line judge ki sue chese right asalu ledu since she's bound as an ATP employee to their rules and guidelines, as per which Djokovic was already punished.

What's this association? 

They come under the guidelines of ATP, period
