of-course agree with the quality and actors who did great job in visaranai.

i am onlt talking here about the main plot, cheyani neraniki bokka lo veyatam and torture choopinchdam, just because they couldn't get the original criminals. 

akkada migratnt workers who migrated to andhra, ikkada software employee, 

akkada torture pedatharu ikkada e movie lo kooda torture pedatharu ..

diff is second half here section 211 and revenge, akkada second half all suspects encounter..

naandhi director got the main plot from visaranai ani cheppachu...

Some plot similarities will be common since they are both prison based stories but I don't know if I can say he got the plot from Visaranai.

I still watch that movie time to time to shock me out of my reality, I consider Visaranai a master piece.

its just not prison based story, also a story that gets the fake one inside and torture the fuk out of them, just cos they couldnt get the original.

so defintely its just not only a prison based story like you mentioned.
