Hi guys.

I see that house prices are going up day by day. But, is it going to be a bubble that may burst soon? I am generally looking in Sacramento, CA area where I see houses(esp. new houses ) are going up release by release. I am not sure if the value for houses are worth. I see this trend all over US. But, are those prices going to last? Is now a good time to buy a new home? I know this is seller's market now, but any idea/inputs on booming house prices? Does house prices fall once mortgage payment forbearance ends in June 2021? Any inputs are appreciated.

corona was supposed to hit all the sectors very bad. aina kuda prices ala perigipothunnayi. fed rates penche daka idi aagadu.

Mid tier to top tier homes at going up since corona didn’t impact those income levels much . Where in sac bro ? Folsom ? Basically sac is impacted by Bay Area . 
we went to Folsom ranch and they saying there are 100 people in waiting list you won’t even get a home directly . So it seems huge demand all over sac

Yaa..Folsom ,,but i also see same trend across all the Sacramento area....anipistadi whether prices in Folsom ranch will go down in few months since they keep on increasing the prices a lot...100 people ante eppudu vastadi bro...raadu ane iga..Do you think prices are not worth the homes in Folsom?

Radu ani direct sales people ee cheptunnaru.. even rancho lo kuda you have big waiting list . All Bay Area folks prices not going to come down . May be stabilize a little bit  but summer  vaste inka peruguddi . 
realtor.com estimated sac as no 1 real estate dev in USA for 2021

assallu folsom lo umi undhi anni folks akkada Russell Ranch lo anta demand, I guess just bcoz of Bay Area folks they are increasing prices.
