Ya went there weekend .. new construction seems like a village . I thought those lennar wood side is too far but this is way far and close to Folsom ranch .

anatolia area schools are better than some areas of folsom bro..Anatolia area - on douglas blvd good anta..lennar, woodside homes aitunna side..

I see that house prices are going up day by day. But, is it going to be a bubble that may burst soon? I am generally looking in Sacramento, CA area where I see houses(esp. new houses ) are going up release by release. I am not sure if the value for houses are worth. I see this trend all over US. But, are those prices going to last? Is now a good time to buy a new home? I know this is seller's market now, but any idea/inputs on booming house prices? Does house prices fall once mortgage payment forbearance ends in June 2021? Any inputs are appreciated.

mostly bay area people bro...vallaki ee prices nothing...maa friend okadu rancho nundi russell ranch ki moving..he is paying almost a million for that house ...new home company is the builder...

If you cant buy in Frisco then you have not bought anything antunnaru Desi Texans and #Texicans...
