Very good question I have no answer to. He came in 2008 with a highly valued Aptech certificate as per his own videos. 

GC and status maintenance no idea, he doesn't last in a project more than a month anyway. I don't think GC unna he can find a stable project, his tech skills and communication skills are close to ZERO

I think probably he is not smart enough to compete with the current crowd. Responsibility tesukoni realize ayite mana capacities cheetah laga urakalekapoyina tortise laga ayina we reach the goal.
