Annam ki dosa ki asalu em comparision?  Annam ni chaddi kudu antaru kani dosa pindi ni chaddi dosa anaru.

thats not ninnati annam.. its more about the rice mixed with fermented curd

How do you make Chaddannam?

Instructions

1. Heat the milk till it is just more than lukewarm. ...
2. Mix together the cooked rice, curd, warm milk, onions, green chillies, and salt.
3. Set aside for 8 to 10 hours overnight.
4. In the morning, mix well and serve as breakfast with some Avakai on the side.
